    The purpose of this contract is to solidify in writing the commitment to a healthy lifestyle that you have made to yourself.I know that the decision to make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle is one of the best decisions of my life.

    This includes drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day and replenishing fluids that were lost during workout sessions, eating a variety of fruits, vegetables and whole grain products. and I will eat healthy fats will lower my intake of high fat foods but not completely deny myself some high fat foods I really enjoy . I will choose healthy foods I enjoy so that I can stay committed to my new healthy eating lifestyle. Make any additional diet commitment statements here:

    3. Personal Health Metrics Monitoring

    State here those health metrics which you will continuously monitor. It is likely you will monitor multiple health metrics depending on your health profile. For example, Blood Pressure, Weight, Cholesterol, Body Fat % , Blood Glucose (Diabetics), Flexibility-Range of Motion etc.
