Products can be returned within 30 days of the product delivery date for a full refund of the product cost if they are in brand new condition, and in their original packaging. For all returns, Buyer must contact Compass Fitness.com at 1-877-781-7117 or email Compass Fitness.com at [email protected] prior to returning a product to receive a product Return Authorization Number. Buyers may return a product for a refund if the products are in brand new condition and in their original packaging. An exception to these requirements shall only be made if the reason for the return is a defective or damaged product not caused by the Buyer.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. A refund shall be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). For all returns, Compass Fitness.com requests shipping tracking information to be provided to Compass Fitness.com. If no shipping tracking information is provided, Compass Fitness.com shall not be held responsible for items lost in shipment.
